Not being able to login on more devices at the same time is something that prevents me to use this service more. Other streaming services allows you to login to more devices at the same time but limits the number of devices that are streaming at the same time. Doesn't make sense to have two subscriptions so that I am able to login to my TVs and family member's phones.

The app sucks, it didn't send the OTP to my number. I tried my other number and it also failed. I tried using the call option, and that failed too. With a 2.2 rating in the Play Store, they should fix this issue. Maybe try using email or WhatsApp verification instead. Other apps like Netflix, HBO, and Viu aren't as complicated as Disney

Hi, we're sorry to hear about this. Please check your mobile's network connection and ensure that the mobile number entered is correct. If the issue persists, restart your mobile and try to sign in again. You can also try the IVR (Call) option to receive the OTP. Thank you.

The app immediately throws "Invalid User Session" when I open. Didn't even get to the Login screen. Strangely, I can successfully login to DisneyPlus from Web browser. Just won't work on Android mobile/Google TV app. Please fix it ASAP.
